Self-Exclusion Policy
Self-exclusion is a formal request to block access to your Indibet account when gambling is no longer safe, controlled or affordable.
When To Use Self-Exclusion
Use self-exclusion if you cannot keep to limits, chase losses, hide gambling, borrow money to play or feel that betting and casino games are affecting your health, family, work or finances.
How To Request It
Contact Indibet support at [email protected] or use the available chat or messenger route. Include your registered email or phone number, account username if available, and a clear request for self-exclusion. Do not send passwords, OTPs or full payment details in a support message.
What Happens During Exclusion
Self-exclusion is designed to restrict account access, betting, casino play, deposits and promotional use during the exclusion period. Active bonuses may be cancelled or become unavailable under the Terms. New accounts must not be created to bypass an exclusion.
Reopening
Account reopening requires a support review after the exclusion period ends. An excluded account should not be reopened immediately on impulse or during a gambling-risk conversation.
Related Support
Read Responsible Gambling before requesting account controls. Use Contact Us for support channels and Terms and Conditions for account rules.
